| 摘 要： | 表皮生长因子及其受体在女性生殖系统如子宫内膜、蜕膜、胚泡、胎盘均有表达 ,具有促进滋养细胞增殖、分化、胚胎着床及胎儿器官发育和功能成熟等作用 ,并与胎儿宫内发育迟缓、先兆子痫发病有一定相关性。

| Abstract: | Epidermal growth factor(EGF) and its receptors (EGFR) broadly exist in female reproductive system such as endometria, decidua, blastocyst and placenta. They can promote proliferation and differentiation of trophoblast, invasion of blastocyst and growth and development of the fetus during pregnancy. The alterations in biological activities of EGF and EGFR play important roles in the pathogenesis of intrauterine growth retardation and preeclampsia. |
