| 摘 要： | 目的:评价硝苯地平控释片联合吲哒帕胺治疗老年单纯收缩期高血压的疗效及安全性.方法:选取老年单纯收缩期高血压患者52例,口服硝苯地平控释片30 mg及吲哒帕胺2.5 mg,1次/d,随访13周.结果:治疗后4周患者收缩压明显降低(P＜0.01),波动于正常范围;治疗后13周患者左室肥厚度明显减轻(P＜0.01);治疗后除血钾降低外,肾功能、血脂、血糖无明显变化.结论:联合用药安全、有效,可显著改善左室重塑.

| Abstract: | Objective:To investigate the efficacy and safety of Nifidipine GITS combined with Indapamide on isolated systolic hypertension. Methods:The administration is Nifidipine GITS 30 mg and Indapamide 25 mg,one time each day for 52 cases of isolated systolic hypertension. Results:Systolic blood pressure of patients was lowered obviously after 4 weeks of treating(P < 0.01),then fluctuating between normal range;thickness of left ventricle was thin obviously after 13 weeks of treating(P < 0.01);no obvious changes of renal function,blood lipids,and blood sugar were found except blood potassium reduced.Conclusion:The combination of Nifidipine GITS and Indapamide is effective and safe in treating isolated systolic hypertension,which can improve obviously the remodeling of left ventricle. |
