| 摘 要： | 目的探讨周围型肺癌的CT征象与组织病理类型及病理分级间的关系。方法回顾分析52例病理证实为周围型肺癌的CT资料,与病理学对照。结果毛刺征、胸膜凹陷征、支气管血管集束征及纵隔淋巴结转移在不同病理组织学类型周围型肺癌的发生有显著差异。随着肿瘤病理分级即恶性程度增高发生率增加。结论从周围型肺癌的CT征象可初步判断其组织病理类型。

| Abstract: | Objective To study the relationship between CT fingings of peripheral lung cancer and pathology. Methods CT and Pathology data of 52 patients with Peripheral lung cancer were analyzed retrospectively. Results sentus sign, pleural indentation sign, bronchi and vessel cluster sign, and mediastinal lymph node metastasis are significant different in different type peripheral lung cancer. With progressing maligant degree, of the tumor, the incidence rate increased. Conclusion According to the CT appearances of peripheral lung cancer, we can make a preliminary judgement for the pathology type. |
