经直肠超声引导精囊穿刺注射药物治疗慢性精囊炎的临床观察

目的探讨经直肠超声引导精囊穿刺注射药物冲洗并保留治疗精囊炎的价值。方法将107例患者随机分为A、B二组，A组65例在经直肠超声引导下穿刺精囊，用甲硝唑注射液250ml冲洗精囊后，注入丁胺卡那霉素0．6g保留；B组42例口服氟嗪酸及静脉应用丁胺卡那霉素。对两组疗效进行评价。结果A组治愈59例（90．77％），有效6例（9．23％），无效0例；B组治愈7例（16．67％），有效6例（14．29％）无效29例（69．05％），A、B两组有效率比较，差异有统计学意义（P〈0．05）。结论经直肠超声引导精囊穿刺注射药物冲洗并保留抗生素治疗精囊炎是理想的治疗方法之一。

Clinical observation on puncturing seminal vesicle and injecting drugs under the guidance of transrectal ultra sound to treat chronic vesiculitis

Objective To explore the value of puncturing seminal vesicle and injecting drugs with sluicing and retaining ways under the guidance of transrectal ultrasound (TRUS) to treat vesiculitis. Methods One hundred and seven cases of chronic seminal vesiculitis were randomly divided into group A(65 cases) and group B(42 cases). In group A, seminal vesicle was punctured under the guidance of TRUS ,sluiced with metronidazole , injected and retained with amikacin 0.6 g . In group B, seminal vesicle was treated with oral ofloxacin capsules and amikacin in intravenous drip. Results Fifty nine cases of group A were cured (90.77 %),the alleviation rate was 9.23%, 7 cases of group B were cured (16.67 %),the alleviation rate was 14.29%, 29 cases were ineffective. There was significant difference between group A and B( P<0.05). Conclusions Transperineal seminal vesicle puncture under ultrasound guidance and continuous transcatheter antibiotic instillation was one of the effective methods in the treatment of vesiculitis.
