妊娠合并甲状腺功能减退38例分析

目的探讨妊娠合并甲状腺功能减退患者妊娠的治疗及结局。方法回顾性分析38例妊娠合并甲状腺功能减退患者的临床资料。结果经正规甲状腺激素补充治疗者25例,其中24例足月分娩健康儿,1例早期自然流产;未正规治疗者13例,其中3例足月分娩,4例妊娠早期自然流产,5例妊娠中期自然流产,1例因胎儿畸形妊娠中期引产。结论对于妊娠合并甲状腺功能减退患者及时给予足量甲状腺素补充治疗,可有效降低不良妊娠结局。

Analysis of 38 patients with pregnancy complicated hypothyroidism

Objective To investigate the diagnosis,treatment and outcome of the patients with pregnancy compllicated hypothyroidism.Methods The clinical data of 38 patients with pregnancy compllicated hypothyroidism was retrospectively analyzed.Results Twenty-five cases received proper treatment,among these patients,24 patients gived birth to healthy newborn,one patient was spontaneous abortion during morning of pregnancy.Thirteen patients dose not received proper treatment,3 cases were term delivery,4 cases were spontaneous abortion during morning of pregnancy,5cases were spontaneous abortion during mid trimester of pregnancy,one case was induced labor during mid trimester of pregnancy becausing of fetal anomaly.Conclusion Using full dosage thyroxin to treat the patients with pregnancy compllicated hypothyroidism could cut down the bad pregnancy outcome.
