| 摘 要： | 目的：探讨肝移植治疗暴发性肝功能衰竭的效果及失败原因，总结肝移植治疗暴发性肝功能衰竭肝性脑病的临床经验。方法：对3例暴发性肝功能衰竭肝性脑病患者行肝移植手术治疗的临床资料进行回顾性分析，3例患者均采用“背驼式”肝移植。结果：3例中1例存活1年，1例存活9个月，1例至今已经存活1年半时间，目前状况良好。2例死亡原因均为肺部感染致多器官功能衰竭。结论：肝移植是治疗暴发性肝功能衰竭肝性脑病的一种有效方法，患者术前状况决定肝移植效果；肺部并发症是暴发性肝功能衰竭肝移植术后死亡的主要原因；暴发性肝功能衰竭肝性脑病不是肝移植手术的禁忌证。

| Abstract: | Objective: To investigate the effect of liver transplantation in treatment of fulminant hepatic failure (FHF) patients. Method: A retrospective analysis was made for 3 FHF patients treated with liver transplantation. Result: The causes of death include pulmonary infection, multiple organ failure. Conclusions: The outcome of liver transplantation in treatment with FHF is depended on preoperative common condition of patients. The main cause of post-operation death is attributed to pulmonary complications. Orthotopic liver transplantation (OLT) is an effective means for treating fulminant hepatic failure and hepatic encephalopathy. |
