摘    要:目的 探讨两性霉素B脂质体(Ambisome)与两性霉素B(AmB)抗念珠菌的最低抑菌浓度(MIC)差别及其相关性.方法 参照美国国家临床实验室标准化委员会(NCCLS)M27-A推荐的常量稀释法,体外检测20株念珠菌临床分离株和1株标准菌株对AmB和Ambisome的MIC,对两药的MIC结果进行比较和相关性分析.结果 Ambisome抗念珠菌MIC与AmB相比在 1、 2个稀释度的符合率分别为52.4%(11/21)、23.8%(5/21),多数Ambisome的MIC值要高于AmB,平均增加0.82个稀释度;SPSS10.0统计软件等级相关分析显示两药MIC值有相关性(r=0.643,P<0.01).结论 Ambisome体外抗念珠菌与AmB有相关性,为进一步根据AmB折点推测和建议Ambisome的折点提供依据.

Abstract:Objective To evaluate the difference and correlation of minimum inhibitory comcentrations( MICs)between amphotericin B and ambisome against candida species.Methods The MICs of amphotericin B and ambisome against 20 clinical isolates of candida species and one quality control strain were determined in vitro by a broth macrodilution assay in accordance with the recommendations of the National Committee for Clinical Laboratory Standards(NCClS),USA.The difference was evaluated and the regression analysis was demonstrated.Results The result of MICs for ambisome were 52.4%(+1 dilution)and 23.8%(+2 dilutions )in agreement with AmB and mostly was higher,in average,with 0.82 dilution;Nonparanetric correlation analysis with SPSS10.0 demonstrated that the data of MICs for Ambisome and AmB were correlated(r=0.643,P<0.01).Conclusion The MICs of Ambisome against candida species in vitro was correlated with AmB and the breakpoint of ambisome could be evaluated.
