广州市婴幼儿早期综合发展服务需求调查分析

摘    要:目的了解广州市父母对婴幼儿早期发展服务项目的需求与态度。为有针对性地开展儿童早期发展工作提供参考。方法在孕妇学校与儿童保健门诊对儿童主要抚养人进行早期综合发展服务项目的需求问卷调查。结果育儿课堂为最受欢迎的服务项目(80.22%)和人们对更高层次的服务内容如营养评价与指导(78.29%)、智能发育评价与早期教育示范指导(78.02%)、育儿方式生活安排指导(74.45%)较传统的体格发育监测与评价(70.87%)需求更高,对婴儿按摩、亲子早教课堂这类新兴的服务项目也表现出较大的兴趣。在儿童保健服务形式方面,人们比较倾向于医生与家庭一对一定期系统指导(50.55%)、向熟悉的保健医生咨询(49.17%)和热线电话(45.60%)。在针对亲子园服务项目的专项调查中发现,婴幼儿家长参加早期教育训练班的目的是学习早期教育方法.“亲子园”这类服务项目不能单纯以亲子游戏为内容,亲子游戏这一主要的服务形式应作为向家长传授早期教育方法的载体.把适宜的早期教育方法与技能传授给家长是“亲子园”服务的核心。在儿童保健服务时间方面,人们明显倾向于预约服务与用末。结论现代父母对儿童保健服务的要求更高,传统的“421”体格发育监测已远远不能满足需求.人们需要更高层次的服务,医疗保健机构要从传统的门诊就诊的服务模式中寻求突破,扩展儿童保健服务内容,改善服务形式.提高儿童保健服务水平。

Aanlysis of Parent''s Demand and Attitude to the Service to Integrated Early Child Development in City Zone of Guangzhou

Abstract:OBJECTIVE To find out parent's demand and attitude to the service to integrated early child development and to supply refer- ence for doing pertinent work to infant forepart evolution in City Zone of Guangzhou. METHODS We have done questionnaire survey to the fosterer of infant to find out the demand for the each service items of infant forepart integrative evolution in the pregnant women school and children health care clinic. RESULTS The course of nurture child is the most popular service item in the survey (Demand rate is 80.22%). We can notice that people are more interest in higher level service item such as nutrition evaluation and instruc- tion (78.29 % ), intelligence development evaluation and forepart education instruction (78.02%), the instruction of nurture child method (74.45%). The demands of these items are higher than the traditional body growth observation and evaluation (70.87%). They have also put up that they have great interest in some new service item as baby massage and parents-child forepart education course. Among all kinds of child health care services, 50.55% of the persons are more inclined to choose the style that the doctor instruct to family on to one, face to face termly by the numbers, 49.17% of them are like to ask the health care doctor which they knew well, and 45.60% of them choose to use hot-line. CONCLUSIONS We have found the purpose of the parents who attend the infant forepart e- ducation training course is to learn the method of infant forepart education from the special survey to the parents-child activity service. So the service as parent-child activity should not only concert about parent-child game, but this service should teach the parent to learn the method of infant forepart education in the course, and should take teaching the parent the method as the core of the service. People are likely to booking the child health care service in weekend obviously in service time arrangement.
