摘    要:目的探讨改进教学方法对提高教学质量的意义。方法运用目标管理、护理程序的理论和契约学习的方法,制订《目标教学测评表》,用于护理临床带教。结果改进教学方法后,护生理论考试成绩、操作考试成绩、病人满意度和护生对带教老师满意度均有较大幅度的提高。结论《目标教学测评表》的实施,使护理临床带教从经验化走向科学化,教学质量得以提高。

Abstract:Objective To evaluate the importance of improving teaching methods for the improvement of quality of teaching.Methods Using the theory of objective management,nursing process and contract learning,"the objective teaching evaluation form" was designed and applied in clinical nursing teaching.Results After the improvement of teaching method,not only the nursing students' achievement of theory test and techniques test were improved,but also,the patients' satisfaction with nursing service and the nursing students' satisfaction with their clinical teachers were improved significantly.Conclusion "The application of objective teaching evaluation form" changed the clinical nursing teaching from empirical to scientific,and improved the quality of teaching.
