乳腺囊性增生症行超声引导下麦默通微创旋切术的疗效观察

目的对应用超声引导下麦默通微创旋切术对患有乳腺囊性增生症的患者进行治疗的临床效果进行研究分析。方法抽取90例患有乳腺囊性增生症的患者病例,将其分为对照组和治疗组,平均每组45例。采用常规开放手术对对照组患者实施治疗;采用超声引导下麦默通微创旋切术对治疗组患者实施治疗。结果治疗组患者乳腺囊性增生症治疗效果明显优于对照组;手术过程中出血量明显少于对照组;围手术期并发症率明显低于对照组;术后恢复时间明显短于对照组。结论应用超声引导下麦默通微创旋切术对患有乳腺囊性增生症的患者进行治疗的临床效果非常明显。

The Efficacy of Ultrasound Guided Mammotome Minimally Invasive Surgery in the Treatment of Breast Cystic Hyperplasia

Objective To observe and analyze the efficacy of ultrasound guided mammotome minimally invasive surgery for the treatment of patients with breast cystic hyperplasia. Methods 90 patients with breast masses form July,2010 to July,2012 were selected. Patients were subgrouped into the conventional treatment arm and mammotome treatment arm,with 45 cases in each arm. Operation and the mammotome minimally invasive treatment system were used in each arm,respectively. With conventional open operation for the patients in the treatment group; using ultrasound-guided mammotome minimally invasive surgery treatment for the patients in the treatment group. Results Patients in the mammotome minimally invasive treatment arm had a better outcome in terms of efficacy of breast lesions resection,length of incision and operation time. Bleeding volume was less and treatment related perioperative adverse events was significantly less often in mammotome treatment arm. Conclusions Ultrasound guided mammotome minimally invasive surgery for patients with cystic hyperplasia breast lesions is with significant effectiveness.
