| 摘 要： | 目的:评价异型钢板治疗桡骨远端不稳定骨折的效果。方法:32例(32侧)术前X线片示远端不稳定骨折的患者经手术切开复位,以异型钢板内固定。结果:27例患者获得随访,平均随访时间18.3个月,根据术后X线片结果及改良Shea功能评估标准,23(85.2％)例功能良好,2例(7.4％)有内收功能受限伴腕关节疼痛。结论:切开复位异型钢板内固定是治疗桡骨远端不稳定骨折的有效方法。

| Abstract: | Objective : To evaluate the effect of anatomical plate in the treatment of unstable fracture of distal part of radius. Method:Thirty-two patients with unstable fracture of the distal radius underwent open reduction via anatomical plate fixation. Result:Twenty-seven patients were followed up for 18.3 months,23 cases (85.2%) have good and excellent result according to postoperation X ray images and improved Shea evaluation score,while 2 case (7.4%) was failure with wrist joint pain and difficult adduction. Conclusion: Open reduction with anatomical plate fixation is effective to treat the unstable fracture of distal part of radius. |
