| 摘 要： | 用９９ｍＴｃ连续动态显像对２０例颌下腺结石患者的颌下腺功能进行分析。结果表明，颌下腺结石时，腺体的摄取和分泌功能均有明显降低，结石的大小及腺体的感染程度是影响腺体功能的主要因素。摄取功能和分泌功能通常发生同步降低，早期病例则只表现为分泌功能低下。

| Abstract: | Glandular functions and clinical data of
submandibular glands of 20 patients with sialolithiasis were
colledcedand andlysed.The concentration and secretion functions
significantly decreased due to sialolithiasis.A negativecorrelation
was found between CI and the diameter of calculus. SI,CIR,SIR and FI
were Influenced by glandularinfection.In most cases, both of CIR and
SIR decreased.However,in some early stage cases,only SIR
decreased.After sialolithectokmy,control of infection was very
important to prevent the reduction of glandular functions. |
