过敏性紫癜患儿的胃镜表现和临床意义

目的 探讨过敏性紫癜患儿的胃镜表现和临床意义.方法 过敏性紫癜患儿共50例,均进行电子胃镜检查,并用内镜图像处理系统采集图像,病变部位取活组织检查.结果 过敏性紫癜胃十二指肠黏膜病变表现为充血、水肿、出血、糜烂及溃疡现为斑片状略高出黏膜表面的出血斑点,组织学改变为无菌性血管炎,胃镜改变以十二指肠降部改变最为显著,在临床各型紫癜病例均有发生,以腹型发生率最高;过敏性紫癜内镜改变可早于皮肤紫癜.结论 过敏性紫癜胃镜改变以十二指肠降部为主,尤以腹型改变显著;胃镜检查结合病检有利于过敏性紫癜的早期诊断.

Gastroscope and clinical significance of Henoch-Schonlein purpura in children

Objective] To study the gastroscope distinguishing feature and clinical sense of Henoch-Schonlein purpura in children. Methods] 50 cases of Henoch-Schonlein purpura in children, All carry on the electric gastroscope check, More over in the way of endoscope image processing systematically collects the image, The biopsy is got in the pathological changes places. Results] The endoscopic findings includes redness, swelling, petechiae or hae morrhage, erosionds and ulceration of the mucosa. Histoloy of the mucosal biopsy specimens reveales nonspecific inflammation. The Changes of gastroscope were more markes in the second part of the duodenum rather than in the bulb or the stomach. Conclusion] It is concluded that endoscopy can be useful in the diagnosis of Henoch - Schonlein purpura, especially for those patients without typical skin rash .
