通督调神法电针治疗脑卒中后吞咽障碍疗效观察

目的:为确立通督调神针刺法提供可靠依据。方法:将60例脑卒中后吞咽障碍患者随机分为治疗组和对照组,各30例。两组患者均进行营养脑细胞等常规治疗,在此基础上,治疗组采用通督调神法电针治疗,对照组采用国际通用的吞咽训练方法训练。治疗前后两组患者均采用吞咽X线电视透视检查及洼田饮水试验进行吞咽功能评分和分级,治疗2个疗程后评估治疗效果。并观察不良反应和并发症的发生情况。结果:治疗组与对照组VFSS评分差值、洼田饮水试验分级差值、治疗后两组间治愈率与总有效率均有非常显著性差异(P0.01)。治疗组营养不良等并发症的发生率较低,而对照组营养不良等并发症发生率比较高。结论:通督调神法的针刺处方是一种行之有效、安全性高、整体调理作用强、简便易行、可操作性强的穴位选择。
