电针联合桂枝加葛根汤加减治疗风寒阻络型颈型颈椎病临床研究

目的：评价电针联合桂枝加葛根汤为主对风寒阻络型颈型颈椎病的临床疗效。方法选择2013年2月－2015年12月在西安市阎良区人民医院中医康复疼痛科接受诊治的风寒阻络型颈型颈椎病患者96例，按就诊病历尾号随机分为2组各48例。对照组给予桂枝加葛根汤为主治疗，观察组给予电针联合桂枝加葛根汤加减治疗。比较2组患者治疗前后颈痛量表评分、中医证候评分和颈动脉血流状况的变化，评价临床疗效。结果治疗2周后，观察组的有效率95.83%(46/48)比81.25%(39/48)]高于对照组(χ2＝5.031，P＜0.05)。观察组头晕头痛(0.62±0.41)分比(1.56±0.68)分，t＝8.202]、颈项疼痛(0.63±0.53)分比(1.53±0.62)分，t＝7.645]、恶心呕吐(0.39±0.23)分比(0.71±0.32)分，t＝5.626]，耳鸣(0.36±0.09)分比(1.15±0.43)分，t＝5.626]证候平均分低于对照组(P＜0.05)。观察组的颈痛量表评分(15.23±10.96)分比(24.46±12.15)分，t＝3.908]低于对照组(P＜0.05)；椎动脉内径(3.45±0.73)mm比(2.96±0.59)mm，t＝3.619]、平均血流(0.72±0.16)m/s比(0.58±0.19)m/s，t＝3.905]高于对照组(P＜0.05)。结论电针联合桂枝加葛根汤加减可缓解风寒阻络型颈型颈椎病的中医证候、减轻颈部疼痛。

Effects of acupuncture combined with modified Guizhi-Gegen decoction on the patients ;with cervical spondylosis of cold locking the collaterals syndrome

Objective To observe the effects of acupuncture combined with modified Guizhi-Gegen decoction on scores of TCM syndrome and Neck pain questionnaire on the patients with cervical spondylosis of cold locking the collaterals syndrome. Methods A total of 96 patients with cervical spondylosis of cold locking the collaterals syndrome, who were treated in our hospital from February 2013 to December 2015, randomly divided into two groups. The control group was given modified Guizhi-Gegen decoction, and the observation group was given modified Guizhi-Gegen decoction and electro-acupuncture. The scores of traditional Chinese medicine syndrome and Neck pain questionnaire were observed. Results The effective rate of observation group was 95.83% (46/48) was significantly higher than the control group 81.25% (39/48,χ2=5.031, P<0.05). After the treatment, the dizziness and headache scores (0.62 ± 0.41 vs. 1.56 ± 0.68, t=8.202), the neck pain scores (0.63 ± 0.53 vs. 1.53 ± 0.62, t=7.645), the nausea and vomiting scores (0.39 ± 0.23 vs. 0.71 ± 0.32, t=5.626), tinnitus scores (0.36 ± 0.09 vs. 1.15 ± 0.43, t=3.908) of the treatment group were significantly lower than the control group (P<0.05). The Neck Pain Questionnaire of observation group (15.23 ± 10.96 vs. 24.46 ± 12.15, t=3.908) was higher than the control group (P<0.05). The vertebral artery diameter of observation group(3.45 ± 0.73 mm vs. 2.91 ± 0.59 mm, t=3.619) was significantly lower than the control group (P<0.05). The blood ratio of observation group(0.72 ± 0.16 m/s vs.0.58 ± 0.19 m/s, t=3.905) was higher than the control group (P<0.05). Conclusion Acupuncture combined with modified Guizhi-Gegen decoction can relieve clinical symptoms, cervical pain, and improve their cervical function on the patients with cervical spondylosis of cold locking the collateral syndrome.
