散结刺法联合乳癖消贴膏治疗乳腺增生临床研究

目的 观察散结刺法联合乳癖消贴膏治疗乳腺增生的临床疗效.方法 选择2015年1月-2016年2月在我院就诊的乳腺增生病患者164例,按随机数字表法分为2组,对照组74例采用乳癖消贴膏外敷治疗,观察组90例采用散结刺法联合乳癖消贴膏治疗,均进行3个月经周期后总结疗效.采用乳腺钼钯X线征象、近红外线扫描、血流参数、血流信号分级和阻力指数评价疗效.结果 观察组总有效率91.11%(82/90)比70.27%(52/74)]高于对照组(χ2=11.801,P<0.01);治疗后,观察组的血流阻力指数(0.51±0.12)比(0.66±0.18),t=6.371]低于对照组(P<0.01);血管分型由B型转为A型84例、乳腺组织灰阶度标定转为0型78例均高于对照组(分别为52例、50例,χ2值分别为13.671、8.646,P值均<0.001).结论 散结刺法联合乳癖消贴膏治疗乳腺增生,可改善乳腺组织X线征象,降低乳腺增生腺体血流阻力指数,改善腺体血管类型和灰阶度.

Clinical study on the curative effect of dredging collaterals acupuncture combined with Rupixiao emplastrum oncyclomastopathy

Objective To study the curative effect of dredging collaterals acupuncture combined with Rupixiao emplastrum oncyclomastopathy.Methods A total of 164 patients with cyclomastopathy who were treated in our hospital from January 2015 to February 2016, divided into two groups randomly. The control group was treated with Rupixiao emplastrum, the observation group was treated with dredging collaterals acupuncture combined with Rupixiao emplastrum for 3 courses of treatment. The clinical the effect, and changes of acoustic images of the perplastic gland and hemodynamics, infrared scanning of mammary gland and images of X-ray of molybdenum palladium of the breast were compared.Results The effective rate of observation group was 91.11% (82/90), which was higher than 70.27% (53/74) in the control group (P<0.01). After treatment, the blood flow resistance index of observation group (0.51 ± 0.12vs.0.66 ± 0.18,t=6.371) was lower than the control group(P<0.01). The vascular changes classification (type A: 84vs. 52,χ2= 13.671, P<0.01) and degree of breast tissue gray-scale calibration (78vs.50,χ2=8.646,P<0.01) of observation group. Conclusions The dredging collaterals acupuncture combined with Rupixiao emplastrum could improve the images of X-ray of mammary tissue, reduce the blood flowre sistance index in the hyper life rative mammary gland, and improve the form of blood vessels and decrease the dark degree of the gland.
