| 摘 要： | 目的：探讨蕈状管在腹腔镜阑尾切除术中的应用价值。方法回顾性分析本院采用经阑尾残端向盲肠置入蕈状引流管治疗合并盲肠壁及阑尾系膜充血水肿的阑尾根部坏疽穿孔的特殊类型阑尾炎。结果8例病例全部治愈。结论经阑尾残端向盲肠置入蕈状引流管是腹腔镜治疗阑尾根部坏疽穿孔断裂的特殊类型阑尾炎的一种有效方法。

| Abstract: | ObjectiveTo discuss applied values of fungusform canal in laparoscopic appendectomy. MethodTo retrospectively analyze the cases of root gangrenous perforative appendicitis with hyperemia edema of the cecum wall and the mesenterium, treated by placing fungusform drainage tube in the cecum from appendiceal stump, in our hospital.ResultsEight cases had been cured.ConclusionIt is an effective way that placing fungusform drainage tube in the cecum from appendiceal stump to treat root gangrenous perforative appendicitis. |
