| 摘 要： | 目的：探讨分析个性化心理护理对乳腺癌手术期患者的影响。方法挑选2012年4月-2012年12月这一时间段内，于我院进行乳腺癌手术的患者80例，对其采取个性化心理护理，综合对比护理前后患者的焦虑、抑郁程度，进行护理有效性评估。结果于护理干预前，乳腺癌手术患者焦虑评分为（58.32±9.02）分，抑郁评分为（55.63±8.10）分，干预后依次为（51.55±5.68）分、（48.62±6.72）分，差异具有显著统计学意义（P＜0.05）；护理干预后患者社会活动、体能、心理健康、精神影响、社会活动、精力、体能影响等评分较干预前显著提高，差异具有显著统计学意义（P＜0.05）。结论个性化护理能有效减少乳腺癌手术期患者的负面心理，提升其治疗信心与生活质量，值得我们广泛应用。

| Abstract: | Objective To investigate the analysis of personalized the effect of psychological nursing in patients with breast cancer operation period. Methods Choosing in April 2012 - this time in December 2012, 80 patients with breast cancer surgery in our hospital, to personalized psychological nursing, comprehensive contrast degree of anxiety and depression patients before and after nursing, nursing effectiveness assessment. Results All the patients psychological degree of anxiety and depression were significant-ly improved, and the difference has statistical significance （P〈0.05）. Conclusion Individualized nursing can effectively reduce the negative psychological operation period of breast cancer patients, improve their confidence in treatment and quality of life, is worth wide application. |
