高频震荡通气治疗胎粪吸入综合征合并持续肺动脉高压的疗效

目的:观察研究高频震荡通气治疗新生儿胎粪吸入性综合征合并持续肺动脉高压的疗效。方法:选取新生儿胎粪吸入性综合征合并持续肺动脉高压40例,随机分为试验组与对照组,各20例。试验组患儿给予高频震荡通气治疗,对照组患儿给予常频机械通气治疗,10 h后,观察比较两组患儿治疗前后氧合指数和肺动脉压力。结果:10h后试验组患儿生存率为85%,高于对照组患儿生存率65%;试验组治疗后氧合指数与肺动脉压力明显优于对照组的氧合指数与肺动脉压力。结论:高频震荡通气可以改善新生儿胎粪吸入性综合征合并持续肺动脉高压的氧合指数,降低肺动脉压力,提高患儿的存活率,具有重要的临床意义,值得广泛推广。

Curative effect of high-frquency oscillatory ventilation in treatment of meconium aspiration syndrome with persistent pulmonary hypertension

Objective To study the high-frequency oscillatory ventilation in treatment of neonatal meconium aspiration syndrome with persistent pulmonary hypertension.Method 40 cases neonatal meconium aspiration syndrome with persistent pulmonary hypertension,were randomly divided into experimental group and control group,20 cases in each.The test group were given high-frequency oscillatory ventilation in the treatment,the control group were given conventional mechanical ventilationtreatment,after 10 hours,were observed before and after treatment in the two groups were compared the oxygenation index and pulmonary artery pressure.Results The survival rate of the test group was 85%,of 85% of the cantrol group was 65% The survival rate of the test groups of children with survival test results was higher than that of the control group after 10h,the survival rate; the test group after treatment of oxygenation index and pulmonary artery pressure was significantly better than the control group of oxygenation index and pulmonary artery pressure.Conclusion High frequency oscillation ventilation can improveneonatal meconium aspiration of persistent pulmonary hypertension withoxygenation index syndrome,reduce pulmonary artery pressure,improve the survival rate of children,and has important clinical significance,is worth popularizing widely.
