摘    要:目的探讨系统性红斑狼疮(SLE)活动的季节分布特点以及气象因素对狼疮活动的影响。方法回顾性分析湛江地区1997年1月至2006年12月共640例SLE活动患者的季节分布特点及其与气象因素(气温、湿度)的相关关系。结果在紫外线较弱的冬季,活动性SLE的比率(相对于总住院患者数)为3.89‰,显著高于紫外线较强的其他季节(春季:2.17‰,夏季:1.87‰,秋季:2.12‰),均P〈0.001,尤以与夏季差异最显著;SLE活动病例分布与本地区月平均气温呈负相关(r=-0.352,P〈0.001);SLE活动病例分布与本地区月平均湿度无相关性(r=0.053,P〉0.05)。结论SLE病情活动具有季节性,并与气温相关,原因需进一步研究。

Abstract:Objective To investigate the role of different seasons in the disease activity of patients with lupus and the effects of meteorological factors (air temperature, humidity ) on lupus activity. Methods Seasonal distribution of 640 patients with active lupus in Zhanjiang city, Guangdong province from Jan, 1997 to Dec, 2006 was analyzed retrospectively. The correlation between meteorological factors (temperature, humidity ) and lupus activity were also analyzed. Results In lower ultraviolet season (Winter) ,The ratio( lupus patients/total patients ) of active lupus patients was much higher than those in stronger ultraviolet seasons( Spring, Summer and Autumn) P 〈 0. 001 respctively. The number of active SLE patients was negative correlation with air temperature( r = - 0. 352 ,P 〈 0. 001 ) but was no correlation with humidity (r =0. 053 ,P 〉 0. 05 ). Conclusions The disease activity of patients with lupus is affected by seasons, as well as related to air temperature. The reason is worth to further study.
