Pulmonary Valvotomy: An Alternative Method |

| Abstract: | An alternative technique of pulmonary valvotomy for patients with pulmonary atresia and intact ventricular septum is presented. The method is simpler and safer than open valvotomy with inflow occlusion or with cardiopulmonary bypass. It is more precise and controlled than closed valvotomy. |
