衰老大鼠下丘脑单胺类神经递质含量的变化

摘    要:目的:观察D-半乳糖衰老大鼠下丘脑单胺类神经递质含量的变化.方法:D-半乳糖连续腹腔注射制作亚急性衰老的大鼠模型,采用高效液相色谱-电化学法检测各组大鼠下丘脑单胺类神经递质去甲肾上腺素(NE)、多巴胺(DA)、5-羟色胺(5-HT)的含量.结果:D-半乳糖衰老大鼠下丘脑NE、DA、5-HT的含量明显降低(与正常大鼠相比P<0.01).结论:D-半乳糖衰老大鼠脑单胺类神经递质含量下降,这可能是D-半乳糖致衰老的作用机制之一.

Abstract:Objective:To observe the changes of monoamine neurotransmitter contents in hypothalamus of aging rats.Methods: The sub-acutely aging rats were made by injecting D-gal into the rats' abdominal cavity continually and the monoamine transmitter contents in hypothalamus were detected with HPLC-ECD. Results:The NE, DA, 5-HT contents in hypothalamus of aging rats decreased significantly compared with normal rats (P<0.01). Conclusions: The monoamine neurotransmitter contents in brain of D-gal aging rats decreased significantly, this maybe one of the mechanisms that D-gal inducing aging.
