内镜局注与静脉化疗治疗食管癌疗效对比观察

我院自1988年10月至1990年10月对不能手术或放疗的的食管癌患者随饥分为内镜局注和静脉化疗两线进行对比观察,结果:近期有效率治疗组48%,静脉化疗组50%;平均缓解天数内镜治疗组78.8天,静脉化疗组87.2天;中数存活期内镜治疗组6.7个月,静脉化疗组7.1个月,P>0.05,两组间差异无显著性。消化道反应及体力状况:内镜治疗组优于静脉化疗组,P<0.01,两组间差异有显著性。

Observation of Esophageal Cancer Patients with Chemotherapy through the Vein and Local Injection through the Endoscope

From October,1988 to October,1990,we studied esophageal cancer patients who could not be op- erated on or treated with radio-therapy by two groups.One treated with chemotherapy through the vein and the other treated with local injection through the endoscope.The results showed that the short-term effective rate of the group with local injection through the endoscope was 48%,the other's was 50%. The average postpone time of the group with local injection through the endoscope was 78.8 days,and the other's was 87.2 days.The average living time of the group with local injection through the endo- scope was 6.7 months,and the other's was 7.1 months(P>0.05).There was no difference between the two groups.
