| 摘 要： | 为有效地减少医疗纠纷，对医疗纠纷的主要成因进行剖析，对医疗纠纷的防范提出了几点建议和看法。医务工作者应转变观念，调整心态，增强服务意识，不断自我完善，努力适应当前的医疗形势，才能有效防范医疗纠纷的发生。

| Abstract: | In order to reduce medical disputes,this article analyzed the mains causes of medical disputes and outlined some suggestions to prevent medical disputes.Medical staff should change their ideas,adjust attitudes,strengthen service and emphasize on self-improvement so that they can meet the needs of current medical situation and reduce medical disputes effectively. |
