纳洛酮联合醒脑静治疗慢性阻塞性肺疾病并发肺性脑病的临床研究

目的:探讨纳洛酮联合醒脑静方案治疗慢性阻塞性肺疾病(chronic obstructive pulmonary diseases,COPD)并发肺性脑病的优劣与疗效。方法:将我院98例COPD并发肺性脑病患者随机分为三组,A组(对照组)采用常规抗炎、平喘等对症支持治疗;B组(纳洛酮治疗组)在常规治疗基础上采用纳洛酮治疗;C组(纳洛酮联合醒脑静治疗组)在B组基础上加用醒脑静治疗。结果:治疗后三组患者PaO2、PaCO2两个指标均具有组间差异(P<0.05);pH值差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);A组治疗有效率为65.62%;B组有效率为81.82%;C组有效率为93.94%,三组组间均具有明显差异(P<0.05)。结论:纳洛酮可改善COPD临床症状和血气分析各指标,在此基础上联合醒脑静同时缩短住院时间,提高患者生活质量,减少医疗成本,可为临床治疗提供一定的参考价值。

The Efficary of Naloxone and Xingnaojing in Patients with Chronic Obstructive Pulmonary Disease Complicated with Pulmonary Encephalopathy

Objective： To investigate the efficacy. Naloxone joint with Xingnaojing in patients with chronic obstructive pulmonary disease（COPD） complicated with pulmonary encephalopathy. Methods： 98 cases of COPD complicated with pulmonary were randomly divided into three groups, A group（control group）with conventional treatment, B group（naloxone control group）in the conventional treatment based on the use of naloxone, C group（naloxone joint Xingnaojing treatment group） in group B with Xingnaojing based on with treatment. Results： After treatment, the PaO2, PaCO2 of three groups were differences（P〈0. 05）; PH value was not uniform significance（P〉0. 05）;The effective rate of A group was 65. 62% ;That of B group was 81.82%;C group was 93. 94%, there were significantly different between them （P〈0. 05）. Conclusion： Naloxone can improve COPD symptoms and blood gas analysis, while joint Xingnaojing reducing hospitalization time, improving patient quality of life and reducing medical costs.
