| 摘 要： | 目的:研究环孢素(ciclosporine,CsA)血药浓度与肾移植术后病人空腹血糖之间的关系。方法:监测32例肾移植病人术后第1、2、3和4~6个月的CsA血药浓度及相应的空腹血糖。结果:空腹血糖升高的发生率先上升后下降,在术后第2个月达到高峰,而相应的CsA血药浓度是逐渐下降的。空腹血糖正常组与非正常组之间的CsA血药浓度无显著性差异,而空腹血糖非正常组术后第1~2个月CsA血药浓度迅速下降,具有显著性差异(P<0.05)。结论:CsA血药浓度的变化与肾移植术后空腹血糖水平密切相关。
