苦碟子联合甲钴胺治疗糖尿病周围神经病变临床疗效分析

目的:探讨苦碟子注射液联合甲钴胺注射液治疗糖尿病周围神经病变的临床疗效。方法:选取2010年3月-2011年3月间2型糖尿病伴周围神经病变患者共98例,随机分为实验组(50例)和对照组(48例)。实验组分别用苦碟子注射液30ml/d和甲钴胺注射液1.0mg/d静脉滴注,对照组单用甲钴胺注射液1.0mg/d静脉滴注,疗程皆为3周。观察治疗前、后症状、体征变化及神经反射,肌电图检查腓总神经和正中神经的运动神经传导速度和感觉神经传导速度。结果:实验组总有效率96.00%,明显优于对照组的83.33%(P<0.05);肌电图正中神经和腓总神经的运动神经传导速度和感觉神经传导速度治疗后均明显改善,其中实验组优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:苦碟子注射液与甲钴胺注射液联用可改善治疗糖尿病周围神经病变患者的症状和体征,提高DPN患者的生活质量。

Clinical Effection Analysis of Ixeris Soncifolia Hance and Methylcobalam on Diabetic Peripheral Neuropathy

Objective：To investigate the effection of ixeris soncifolia hance and methylcobalam on diabetic peripheral neuropathy. Methods：98 type 2 diabetes cases with peripheral neuropathy were collected from March 2010 to March 2011 ,which was randomly divided into experiment group （50 cases） and control group （48 cases）. The experiment group were treated with 30ml/d ixeris soncifolia hance and 1.0mg/d methylcobalam by intravenous drip. The control group only treated with 1.0mg/d methylcobalam. Both the cure time were 3 weeks. And the symptoms, physical signs and nerve reflex were observed, the EMG was used to detect the nerve conduction velocity of peroneal nerve and median nerve＇s sensory or sport fiber before and after treatment. Results. The total effective rate of experiment group is 96.00% ,which is significantly better than the control group （83. 33% ,P〈0. 05）;The nerve conduction velocities of peroneal nerve and median nerve＇s sensory or sport fiber were significantly improved after treatment, and the experiment group is better than the control group（P〈0. 05）. Conclusion：The ixeris soncifolia hance and methylcobalam could be used to improve the diabetic peripheral neuropathy patient＇s symptoms and signs, and increase their living quality.
