沧州市流行性出血热鼠间感染疫情监测与管理

摘    要:目的:为做好我市流行性出血热流行病学和病员学监测工作,了解我市流行性出血热的主要宿主动物密度、宿主动物密度、构成和感染情况,分析其流行因素及流行趋势,对我市的流行性出血热防控工作进行合理指导,为制定相应的防治对策提供科学依据。方法:调查采用夹夜法调查鼠密度,用免疫荧光法测EHF抗原。结果:住宅区平均鼠密度为3.12%,野外鼠密度为1.84%,住宅区野外均以褐家鼠为优势鼠种,带病率均较高,为主要的宿主动物,鼠种带毒率家鼠中以褐家鼠带毒率为最高,野鼠中以黑线姬鼠带毒率最高。结论:住宅区、野外鼠带毒率均呈较高水平,是造成我市EHF疫情较严重的主要原因,应采取以杀灭褐家鼠为主要的综合措施,降低流行性出血热的发病率。

Abstract:Objective:To do a good job of our city of epidemic hemorrhagic fever epidemiology and patient monitoring work,the Cangzhou EHF main host animal density,host animal density,composition and infection situation,analysis of its epidemic factors and trends,in epidemic hemorrhagic fever prevention and control work in reasonable guidance,to make corresponding countermeasures to provide a scientific basis.Methods:Using trap night method investigated the density of rats,using immunofluorescence determined EHF antigen.Results:The average density of rats for 3.12% residential area,outdoor rat density was 1.84%,residential area in rattus norvegicus was the dominant wild rats,sick rate were high,as the main host animals,rat poison rate of rodent poison rate was the highest in rattus norvegicus,voles to poison the highest rate of apodemus agrarius.Conclusion:Residential area,outdoor rat poison rate showed a higher level,is the cause of our city EHF epidemic situation more serious main reason,should be taken to kill rattus norvegicus was the main comprehensive measures,reduce the incidence of epidemic hemorrhagic fever.
