静脉麻醉对无痛胃镜检查的影响分析

目的:观察小剂量芬太尼复合丙泊酚静脉麻醉对无痛胃镜检查的临床效果。方法:选择65例胃镜检查的患者,随机分为观察组和对照组。观察组实施静脉麻醉检查胃镜,对照组实施传统检查。观察两组患者麻醉前、中、后心率、血压、SpO2变化的情况。结果:观察组患者痛苦反应性明显降低,不良反应少,术后咽痛发生率低,患者接受率高。对照组患者的血氧饱和度检查中有所下降,血压、心率较检查前明显升高且与观察组检查中比较,有显著性差异(P<0.05)。结论:小剂量的芬太尼复合异丙酚用于无痛胃镜检查具有安全、有效、无痛、患者舒适和不良反应少等优点。

Intravenous Anesthesia for Painless Gastroscopy Impact Analysis

Objective：To observe the low-dose intravenous fentanyl and propofol anesthesia for painless gastroscopy clinical effects.Methods：65 gastroscopy were randomly divided into two groups.The observer group to implement inspection gastroscopy intravenous anesthesia,the control group to implement the traditional examination.Observed in patients before anesthesia,during and after heart rate,blood pressure,SpO2 changing circumstances.Results：The patients significantly reduced the pain response,adverse reactions,a low incidence of postoperative sore throat,patients receiving high.Conventional group of patients with oxygen saturation declined examination,blood pressure,heart rate was significantly higher than before the inspection and examination compared with the observation group,there was significant difference（P0.05）.Conclusion：Small doses of fentanyl combined with propofol for painless endoscopy is safe,effective,painless,patient comfort and advantages of fewer adverse reactions.
