| 摘 要： | 目的探讨单双极电钩式分离钳行完全腹腔镜乙状结肠癌根治术的可行性和价值。方法采用自主发明的单双极电钩式分离钳行四孔电钩法完全腹腔镜下手术分离、血管处理,以及镜下肿瘤标本经肛取出和腹腔内肠管吻合器吻合。结果 16例手术顺利完成,手术平均时间185.0 min、术中平均出血量85.5 mL,无需超声刀、结扎速等,无术中术后并发症,术后疼痛轻,腹部只有4个0.5～1 cm小切口,无肿瘤复发及切口种植。结论单双极电钩式分离钳行四孔电钩法完全腹腔镜乙状结肠癌根治术在技术上完全可行,近期疗效良好,远期疗效有待观察。
