摘    要:目的:优化用硅胶柱层析提取连翘叶中连翘酯苷的最佳提取工艺。方法:采用L9(34)正交试验设计,考察上样量(A)、洗脱液流速(B)和柱床径高比(C)对连翘酯苷得率的影响,优选最佳提取工艺条件。结果:上样量、洗脱液流速和柱床径高比对连翘酯苷得率的影响大小依次为:C>A>B,最佳工艺为样品与硅胶用量比1∶20,洗脱液流速1.5BV/h,柱床径高比1∶10。结论:该制备工艺简便、稳定和可行。

Abstract:Objective:To optimize the extraction process of forsythiaside by silica gel column chromatography.Methods:Orthogonal design L9(34)] was used to select the best extraction process.The loading quantity of sample(A),eluent flow rate(B) and diameter-height ratio of column(C) were set as indexes for orthogonal test.Results: Diameter-height ratio of column(C) was the first influential factor,the loading quantity(A) of sample was the second and the eluent flow rate(B) was the third.The optimal extraction process ...
