产前分娩知识的宣教对产妇分娩方式的影响分析

目的:探讨产前分娩知识的宣教对促进初产妇自然分娩的影响。方法:选择2009年12月-2010年12月我院产科的初产妇118例,随机分为两组。观察组施行产前分娩知识的宣教,对照组施行常规管理。对两组产妇的分娩方式、产程时间及新生儿窒息率进行观察。结果:观察组产妇的自然分娩率、总产程时间、新生儿窒息与对照组比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:实施产前分娩知识的宣教可缩短产程、降低难产率、减少新生儿窒息,值得临床推广应用。

Effect of Prenatal Education on Prenatal Maternal Childbirth Delivery Mode

Objective：To investigate the prenatal education to promote natural childbirth in early maternal effects.Methods：From December 2009 to December 2010,118 patients of early maternal in our hospital were randomly divided into two groups.Implementation of the observation group prenatal childbirth knowledge of the mission,the implementation of conventional management group.Two groups of maternal mode of delivery,labor time and neonatal asphyxia were observed.Results：The difference of natural birth rate,total labor time,neonatal asphyxia between two groups was statistically significant（P〈0.05）.Conclusion：The implementation of prenatal education may be shorten labor and reduce dystocia rate and neonatal asphyxia,which is worthy of clinical application.
