| 摘 要： | 心房颤动(atrial fibrillation,AF)是老年人最常见的心律失常,是脑卒中的重要独立危险因素。华法林是防治房颤并发脑卒中最有效的方法,但是华法林的出血并发症的发生率高和需要经常监测凝血指标,临床应用受到限制。近年来研发了一些新的抗凝血药物,其中有的经初步临床应用表明,其疗效与华法林相当,且更安全。本文就新型抗凝药物的研究进展作简要的介绍。
