EB病毒引起的传染性单核细胞增多症60例临床分析

目的:总结EB病毒引起的传染性单核细胞增多症(简称传单IM)的临床特点,提高对本病的诊治水平。方法:归纳分析我院收治的60例IM患儿的临床资料。结果:临床表现多样,主要表现发热(100%),咽峡炎52例(86.7%),颈淋巴结肿大56例(93.3%),肝脾肿大51例(85.0%),部分患儿表现皮疹29例(48.3%),眼睑浮肿32例(53.3%),鼻阻31例(51.7%),腹痛13例(21.7%),咳嗽29例(48.3%)。白细胞及变异淋巴细胞在2～3周升高明显,表现典型。3d后测定EBV-VCA-IgM阳性率高。结论:IM临床表现多样,要动态观察,综合判断,结合变异淋巴细胞及EBV-VCA-IgM出现时间有选择性的检查,才能早期诊断。

Clinical Analysis of 60 Cases of Infectious Mononucleosis Cause by EBV in Children

Objective：To summarize the clinical features of infectious mononucleosis cause by EBV,increase the recognition to this disease in order to diagnose and treat more effectively.Methods：Summarized the clinical data about 60 children with infectious mononucleosis in our hospital.Results：The clinical manifestations of infectious mononucleosis in children showed variety,consiting of fever（100%）,isthmitis（86.7%）,neck lymphadenectasis（93.3%）,hepatosplenomegaly（85.0%）,some patients presented with tetter（48.3%）,puffiness of the eyes（53.3%）,nasal resistance（51.7%）,abdominal pain（21.7%）,cough（48.3%）.Variation of white blood cells and lymphocytes in 2 to 3 weeks increased significantly,showing typical.The positive rate of EBV-VCA-IgM was higher 3 days later.Conclusion：The clinical manifestation of infectious mononucleosis is complicated and diversified.It can diagnosis at early stage by observe the dynamic,comprehensive judgments and the examination for peripheral of lymphocytes and EBV-VCA-IgM times for this disease.
