宁夏盐池县农村居民需住院率及影响因素分析

目的 了解宁夏盐池县农村居民需住院率及其相关影响因素。方法 采用多阶段分层整群随机方法,于2009年2-3月对5 358名农村居民进行入户问卷调查,并采用非条件Logistic回归方法分析影响需住院率因素。结果 盐池县农村居民需住院率为8.8%,应住院而未住院比例为17.8%;单因素分析结果显示,女性居民需住院率高于男性(χ²=25.16,P<0.01);不同年龄组需住院率间差异有统计学意义(χ²=211.09,P<0.01);不同婚姻状况需住院率间差异有统计学意义(χ²=98.64,P<0.01);居民需住院率随着文化程度的升高而降低(χ²=99.72,P<0.01);不同经济收入居民需住院率间差异无统计学意义(χ²=2.47,P>0.05);多因素分析结果显示,女性、年龄较大、患慢性病和调查前2周内患病是影响农村居民需住院的危险因素;较高文化程度是影响农村居民需住院的保护因素。结论 盐池县农村居民中妇女、儿童、老人和健康状况较差人群需住院率较高。

Influential factors of hospitalization among rural residents in Yanchi county, Ningxia Hui Autonomous Region

Objective To study the status and influence factors of hospitalization among rural residents in Yanchi county of Ningxia Hui Autonomous Region.Methods with multi-stage stratified cluster sampling method,a total of 5.358 rural residents were investigated.Results The rate of required hospitalization was 8.8%.The proportion of non hospitalization for required hospitalization was 17.8%.Univariate analysis showed that the rate of required hospitalization for women was higher than that of men(χ²=25.16,P<0.01).The rate of required hospitalization among differen tage groups was significantly different(χ²=211.09,P<0.01).The rate of required hospitalization among the residents with different marital status was different(χ²=98.64,P<0.01).The rate of required hospitalization decreased with the increase of educational leve l(χ²=99.72,P<0.01).The rate of required hospitalization among the residents with different income was not significantly different(χ²=2.47,P>0.05).Multiva riate analysis showed that female,older age,suffering from chronic disease and illness within 2 weeks before the survey were risk factors of the required hospitalization.People with higher education level was the protective factors of the rate of required hospitalization in Yanchi county.Conclusion The required hospitalization rate of women,children,the elderly,and the people with poor health status is higher in Yanchi county.
