摘    要:目的使护士接受到人性化快乐管理,促进护理质量的提高。方法①在严格管理的基础上投入快乐管理;②在压力无限中创造快乐;③善于运用激励机制;④尊重、理解、关心、信任护士。结果为护士营造了轻松、和谐的工作氛围,使护士的工作、学习积极性提高。病人对护理服务的满意度由2003年的90%上升到2006年的96%。结论护理管理者要适应新形势,提高自身素质,坚持运用和发展人性化的快乐管理理念。

Abstract:Objective To provide nurses with humanistic management,in order to improve the qualify of nursing.Method As a head nurse,the following measures were carried out,such as practicing happy management integrated with strict management,creating happiness under the heavy stress,utilizing en- couragement system rationally,showing respect,understanding,concern and trust to nurses.Results This practice created relax and harmonious working environment tor nurses,which enhanced nurses' working and learning enthusiasm.As a result,patients' satisfaction increased from 90% in year 2003 to 96% in year 2006.Conclusion It is suggested that nursing managers should adapt themselves to the new situation,improve their own diathesis to devel- op and practice humanistic happy management.
