| 摘 要： | 目的 研究碱性成纤维细胞生长因子(bFGF)对骨髓基质干细胞体外培养及定向诱导分化时生物学特性的影响。方法 将兔骨髓基质细胞(BMSC)经淋巴细胞分离液分离培养、传代扩增后，进行定向诱导分化，其中1组的培养液及矿化诱导液中始终含有bFGF。以MTT法描绘细胞生长曲线。结果 MTT法测定结果表明，BMSC加外源bFGF组细胞增殖较BMSC组细胞生长活跃。结论 骨髓基质细胞是一种良好的骨源细胞，具有定向分化能力，bFGF对其定向诱导分化具有良好的促进作用。 |

| Abstract: | Objective To study the influence of basic fibroblast growth factor(bFGF) on the growth and differentiantion of bone marrow stromal cells(BMSC).Methods Rabbit bone marrow stromal cell was separated for cell culture and subculture was done to increase number of marrow stromal cells,one of the groups had bFGF in the culture medium and differentiation medium.We got the cell growth curve by MTT.Results MTT indicated that,the increase of BMSC+bFGF group was more active than BMSC group.Conclusion BMSC is a good bone-origin cell,which has orient differentiation potency,bFGF has the ability to promote its orient differentiation. |
