| 摘 要： | 目的 探讨外伤标准大骨瓣开颅术对额颞顶对冲伤的疗效。方法 采用外伤标准大骨瓣开颅术治疗76例额颞对冲伤重型颅脑伤患者。结果 随访6个月，恢复良好37例(48．68％)、中残10例(13，16％)、重残4例(5．26％)、植物生存2例(2．63％)、死亡23例(30．26％)。结论 外伤标准大骨瓣手术是治疗广泛额颞顶脑挫裂伤颅内高压患者的有效手术方式。

The efficacy of large standard traumatic bone flap craniotomy for frontotemporalparietal contrecoup in 76 cases |

| Abstract: | Objective To explore the efficacy of large standard traumatic bone flap craniotomy for frontotemporalparietal contrecoup. Methods Large standard traumatic bone flap craniotomy was performed in 76 cases with contrecoup severe cerebral contusion. Results After 6 month follow-up, 37 recovered well(48.68%), 10 moderately disabled(13.16%), 4 severely disabled(5.26%), 2 was under vegetative state(2.63%) and 23 died(30.26%). Conclusion Large standard traumatic craniotomy is an effective way to treat acute intracranial hypertension induced by frontotemporalparietal contrecoup cerebral contusion. |
