角膜缘干细胞和生物羊膜移植治疗翼状胬肉

目的观察角膜缘干细胞移植和生物羊膜移植治疗翼状胬肉的临床疗效。方法将58例（66眼）随机分为2组，分别采用角膜缘干细胞移植32例（36眼）和生物羊膜移植26例（30眼），术后随访6个月～2年。结果角膜缘干细胞移植组复发1眼，复发率2．78％，生物羊膜移植组复发7眼，复发率23．33％。两组比较差异有统计学意义。角膜创面愈合时间：角膜缘干细胞组1～3d，平均为（1．85±0．95）d，生物羊膜组2～5d，平均为（3．36±1．65）d。结论带角膜缘干细胞移植和生物羊膜移植术治疗翼状胬肉都能取得良好效果，但带角膜缘干细胞移植比生物羊膜移植角膜创面修复快，复发率低。

Observe the effects of limbal stem cell transplantation and biological amnion transplantation on pterygium

Objective To observe the therapeutic effects of limbal stem cell autograft transplantation and bilogical amnion transplantation on pterygium. Methods 58 cases （66 eyes） with pterygium were randomly divided into hmbal stem cell autograft transplantation group （32 cases, 36 eyes） and biological amnion transplantation group （26 cases, 30 eyes）. The post operative follow-up period was 6 to 24 months. Results Recurrence was noted in one eye in limbal stem cell autograft transplantation group. The recurrent rate was 2. 77%. Recurrence were noted in seven eyes in biological amnion transplantation group. The recurrent rate was 23. 33%. There was statistical significant difference between the two groups. The average epithetial recovering time of corneal wound was （1.85 ±0.95 ）d in limbal stem cells autograft transplantation group and （ 3.36 ± 1.65 ） d in biological amnion transplantation group. Conclusion Limbal stem cells autograft transplantation can get good effect as well as biological amnion transplantation on treatment of ptergium. But compare to the bilogical amnion transplantation, limbal stem ceils autograft transplantation can shorten epithelial recovering time of corneal wound, and the rate of recurrent is lower.
