Abstract:The article proposed the normative content and essential requirements in doctor-patient communication.Doctors should master communication skills and methods to improve the effectiveness of doctor-patient communications.Hospitals must strengthen the management of doctor-patient communication,and establish assessment standards to improve satisfaction of both doctors and patients.
