拇指撕脱离断伤再植术中两侧指固有神经的修复

目的介绍拇指撕脱离断伤再植术中修复拇指两侧指固有神经的方法。方法1999年8月-2009年4月，在12例拇指撕脱离断伤再植术中，采用食指桡侧指固有神经背侧支和桡神经浅支第2指蹼支移位的方法，修复拇指两侧指固有神经。结果12例拇指撕脱离断伤均再植成功，均获随访1～2年，平均16月。拇指两侧感觉均恢复良好，两点分辨觉小于10mm，平均约7mm，按照感觉功能评定标准为S4。结论拇指撕脱离断伤再植术中，应用食指桡侧指固有神经背侧支与桡神经浅支第2指蹼支移位，能恢复拇指指腹两侧良好感觉。

Repairing bilateral digital nerve in replantation of separated and ripped thumb

Objective To recommend the method of repairing the bilateral digital nerve of separated and ripped thumb with shifting dorsal branch of radialis inherent nerve of the index finger and the second superficial finger-web branch of the radial nerve. Methods From August 1999 to April 2007, 12 cases of separated and ripped thumbs were replanted, of which the bilateral idigital nerve of the thumb was repaired by the method that dorsal branch of radial inherent nerve of the index finger and the second superficial finger-web branch of the radial nerve. Results The 12 thumbs with the separated and ripped injury were replanted successfully. All of the patients were fellowed up（from 1 to 2 years, average 1 year and 4 months）, the bilateral sensitivity of thumbs recovered perfectly, the distinguish distance of two points was Jess than, average 7ram. Acoording to the regulation of sensory function, the outcome is S4：excellent. Conclusion The bilateral sensibility of the thumb pulp was recoveried perfectly by shifting the lateral dorsal radial inherent nerve of the index finger and shifting the second superficial finger-web branch of radial nerve.
