| 摘 要： | 目的观察痰热清注射液治疗脑出血患者肺部感染的疗效及安全性。方法将82例脑出血合并肺部感染患者随机分为治疗组42例与对照组40例,两组均予头孢哌酮舒巴坦静滴,治疗组加用痰热清注射液静滴;比较两组患者肺部感染的临床疗效及不良反应。结果治疗组总有效率高于对照组;治疗组的体温下降、咳嗽缓解时间短于对照组;两组均未发现明显不良反应,未见二重感染等。结论痰热清注射液治疗脑出血患者肺部感染安全有效,能提高头孢哌酮舒巴坦治疗肺部感染的临床疗效。

| Abstract: | Objective: To observe the safety and the effect of Tanreqing Injection on pulmonary infection in patients with intracerebral hemorrhage.
