| 摘 要： | 结合生物工艺原理课程建设和教学实践，提出课程建设的内容和意义。对该课程教材的使用、教学内容的更新、教学过程的改革、师资队伍的优化、实践教学的强化等问题进行简要的分析，探索教学改革的思路。
