| 摘 要： | 报道成人病毒性心肌炎合并完全性房室阻滞（ＣＡＶＢ）３３例的发生时间、人工起搏治疗和转归。２例系一过性ＣＡＶＢ，自行恢复窦性心律；其余３１例均经皮穿刺作临时起搏，２８例同时应用皮质激素。一周内恢复窦性心律者２４例（７２．７３％）。２例出现ＣＡＶＢ的短暂复发，５例ＣＡＶＢ持续一个月以上而植入永久起搏器（ＶＶＩ型）。２例（６．０１％）死于心源性休克和左心衰竭。

| Abstract: | Thirty-three patients with acute viral myocarditis complicating complete atrioventricular block(CAVB)were reported.Among them,two patients with temporary CAVB recovered to the sinus rhythm spontanously,31 cases were carred out temporary pacing.Two patients had temporary reccurence of CAVB.Two each remained complete right bundle branch block and first degree atrioventricular block.Five cases(15.15%)became permanent CAVB and underwent permanent pacing after clinical investigation more than one month(33.5±14.7days).Another 2 patients(6.01%)died from cardiac shock and acute heart failure. |
