深圳市民对AIDS防制措施态度的调查

目的　了解深圳市民对当前艾滋病 (AIDS)形势和政府防制措施的态度及其影响因素。方法　采用多阶段整群抽样和配额抽样相结合的方法 ,对深圳市 13 2 0名居民进行了入户问卷调查。结果　同意政府为防制AIDS投入大量经费的“态度”评分最高 ;向静脉吸毒者提供针具或替代药物的评分最低。 3 4 6%的人不知道或不赞同中国的AIDS形势已很严峻 ;75 %的市民表示关注深圳市的AIDS情况 ;86 3 %的人愿意学习AIDS知识 ;80 5 %的人同意推广使用安全套。年龄、文化程度、职业和婚姻状况对“态度”水平有显著影响。结论　政府的防制及宣传工作都有民众基础 ;要加强AIDS形势教育 ;向静脉吸毒者提供针具或替代药物的实施要慎重 ;党政机关和事业单位人员的态度值得关注

Study on AIDS knavledge, attitude, behavior and practive among Shenzhen Inhabitants

Objective To understand the attitude to AIDS among Shenzhen inhabitants and define related elements.Methods Random samples were collected from the whole population by multiple stratified clusters and 1320 objects were surveyed in their own homes with questionnaires.Results The question as to "Do you mind if the city government invests large sum of money in AIDS prevention"scored the highest points,but the question as to"Do you agree with the measure to offer the syringe or substitution drugs to drug addicts"scored the lowest points in all questions.34.6% of inhabitants who were interviewed did not either know or agree that they were facing a grim epidemic situation of AIDS; 75% of them showed concern about it; 86.3% of them wanted to receive related education; 80.5% of them agreed to use condom in their sex activities.The attitudes to AIDS were influenecd by some social factors,such as inhabitant's age,education level,occupation and marital status.Conclusion The inhabitants in Shenzhen supports the prevention and education for AIDS; the education for epidemic situation of AIDS should be fortified; it has to be handled with great care to offer the syringe or substitution drugs to drug addicts.The attitude of inhabitants working in government sectors is a matter of concern.
