| Abstract: | Two cases of intractable postpartum hemorrhage managed by the B-Lynch Brace suture, a new technique for control of massive postpartum hemorrhage, are presented. Because of its simplicity and capability of preserving uterus, this procedure may be considered as first line surgical treatment before considering hysterectomy. |
