| 摘 要： | 目的研究ProTaper机用镍钛锉应用于根管治疗术一次法的疗效。方技将248例患者350颗患牙（包括牙髓炎、慢性根尖周炎）随机分为两组。实验组用ProTaper机用镍钛锉预备根管，对照组用不锈钢K型锉预备根管，实验组采用一次法根管充填，对照组采用常规治疗方法，记录根管治疗术后1周内疼痛反应情况及术后1年临床效果。结果实验组根管治疗术后1周内疼痛反应少于对照组（P〈0．05）；两组间1年后疗效差异无显著性（P〉0．05）。结论ProTaper机用镍钛锉用于根管治疗术1次法能明显减少术后根尖反应，远期疗效可靠。

| Abstract: | Objective To study the clinical effect of one-visit root canal prepared by ProTaper nickeltitanium instrument.Methods 350 teeth of 48 patients with pulpitis and chronic periapical periodontitis requiring root canal therapy were included in this study.Teeth in group 1 were prepared by ProTaper nickel-titanium instrument.Teeth in group 2 were prepared by K-file.The postoperative and long term effects were analyzed after treatment.Results There was statistically difference in postoperative pain between two groups P<0.05.There was no statistically difference between two groups after one year follow-up.Conclusion ProTaper nickel-titanium instrument might reduce postoperative pain in one-visit root canal therapy. |
