某综合医院儿科抗菌药物干预效果分析

目的分析儿科抗菌药物应用实施干预措施的效果。方法比较安徽医科大学第二附属医院抗菌药物应用实施措施干预前(2015年)与干预后(2016年)儿科住院患儿抗菌药物的品种、数量、金额的使用情况。结果儿科抗菌药物使用率、销售总金额占总药品比例和使用金额比例分别由80. 84%、65. 96%、95. 34%下降至73. 78%、53. 37%、92. 82%;静脉用抗菌药物品种数和品规数分别由21和41下降至19和27;用药频度(DDDs)由1. 48×10~4下降至1. 19×10~4;头孢呋辛的金额排序与DDDs排序比=1。结论儿科抗菌药物应用日益趋于合理,但仍需持续监管。

Intervention effect of pediatric antimicrobial agents in a general hospital

Objective To evaluate the effect of intervention measures on pediatric antibacterials in a general hospital.Methods The before (2015)and after (2016) intervention measures were compared, including the variety, quantity and amount of antibiotics used in pediatric hospitalized children in the Second Hospital of Anhui Medical University. Results The utilization rate of pediatric antibacterial drugs, the proportion of the total sales amount and the proportion of the total drug use amount decreased from 80.84%, 65.96% and 95.34% to 73.78%, 53.37% and 92.82%, respectively. The number of intravenous antimicrobials and product specifications decreased from 21 and 41 to 19 and 27, respectively. Defined daily doses (DDDs) decreased from 1.48×10⁴ to 1.19×10⁴. Theamount of cefosinine and DDDs sort ratio=1. Conclusion The pediatric use of antibiotics after the intervention applications becomes more reasonable, while further supervisionis still of great necessity.
