新型体位翻身垫对泌尿外科术后患者早期康复活动的促进作用

目的 分析新型体位翻身垫促进泌尿外科术后患者早期康复活动效果。方法 选取徽医科大学第一附属医院2015年1~6月进行经皮肾镜钬激光碎石术后、腹腔镜手术后的带2根以上导管的患者86例，随机分为对照组和观察组，每组43例。对照组患者术后6小时自行或家属、护士协助床上翻身活动，观察组术后6小时即刻使用新型体位翻身垫协助患者早期床上翻身活动，观察两组患者管道引流不畅发生率、管道滑脱发生率、疼痛度和舒适度等指标。结果 观察组管道引流不畅发生率、管道滑脱发生率显著低于对照组，差异有统计学意义（P<0.05）。观察组放置体位翻身垫3 d后，轻度疼痛患者22例（51.16%），高度舒适患者18例（41.86%），对照组轻度疼痛患者7例（16.27%），高度舒适患者仅9例（20.93%），两组差异有统计学意义（P<0.05）。结论 泌尿外科术后患者使用新型体位翻身垫，能够促进患者早期在床上翻身活动，减少管道引流不畅、管道滑脱的发生，减轻患者疼痛，提高患者的舒适度，减少并发症，促进快速康复。

Application of a novel rolling mat in facilitating early post-operation recovery exercise for urological patients

Objective To investigate the effect of a novel rolling mat on facilitating early post-operation recovery exercise for urological patients.Methods A total of 86 patients who received the successful urological surgeries were included in department of Urology, the First Affiliated Hospital of Anhui Medical University from January, 2015 to June, 2015. After surgeries, they were all placed with a urinary catheter, nephrostomy tube plus no fewer than two drainage tubes. Then, they were randomly divided intothe observation group of 43 cases and the control of 43cases. Patients in the control group rolled over in bed by themselves, or merely under the support of relatives or nurses 6hafter surgery. However, patients in the case group rolled over by using a new type of rolling mat. The first rolling time, the rate of inadequate drainage, the rate of tube slippage, pain score, the comfortable levels were obtained and compared between the two groups.Results The rate of inadequate drainage and tube slippage in case group was lower than that of the control group with statistically significant difference (P<0.05). After 3 days, patients in the observation group who had mild pain were 22(51.16%) and those who felt most comfortable were 18(41.86%). However, in the control group, patients who had mild pain were 7(16.27%) and those who felt most comfortable were 9(20.93%). This two kinds of statistics had statistically significant differencebetween the two groups(P<0.05).Conclusion Application of the novel rolling mat on urological patients can promote their rolling exercise, reduce the rate of inadequate drainage and tube slippage, alleviate patients'' pain, raise their comfortable and satisfactory index and eventually facilitate their fast recovery.
