中心静脉导管置管在神经外科危重患者中的运用体会

摘    要:目的 分析总结外周静脉置入中心静脉导管(PICC)在神经外科危重患者中的运用及护理对策。方法 将我院神经外科收治的30例危重患者,按护理工作改进前后,分为改进前(16例)、改进后(14例),对比护理工作改进前后患者PICC置管情况及相关并发症的发生情况。结果 改进后的患者PICC一次性置管成功率为100.00%,明显高于改进前(75.00%),改进前后患者的置管时间、导管滑脱与意外拔管发生率也存在差异,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。护理工作改进后患者的并发症发生率为7.14%,明显低于改进前(37.50%),差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论 PICC置管为神经外科危重患者提供了一条安全可靠的静脉给药通道,能有效改善神经外科危重患者的置管情况,值得广泛推广。

Abstract:Objective To research the application experiences and nursing strategy of PICC tube in critically ill patients.Methods Thirty cases of critically ill patients treated in the Department of Neurosurgery in our hospital were divided into before improvement(16 cases) and after improvement(14 cases) groups. Before and after the improvement of nursing work, the catheter situations and the incidence of complications of the two groups of patients were compared.Results The success rate of the improved disposable tube was 100.00%, which was significantly higher than that before improvement(75.00%), and the catheter time, catheter slippage, and the incidence of accidental extubation of the two groups of patients were significantly different, and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05). In the related complications, the incidence of complications was 7.14%, which was significantly lower than that before improvement(37.50%), and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05). Conclusion PICC tube provides a safe and reliable way to critically ill patients in the department of neurosurgery, which can effectively improve the catheter situations of critically ill patients, thus it is worth wide application.
